This position will get involved with suggestion as well as decision of a solution to the products in the designer's’ viewpoint, in accordance with the strategies. 【Actual tasks】 ・Design the total UI/UX for the product experience in our PayPay’s payment application. (Design the payment experience.)・Design the persona of our users, and research by using the storyboard for it.・Define the UI architecture and design the concept diagram, wire frame and virtual design.・Promote the projects・Have a broad range of tasks related to the product design such as holding the splint and design workshop for the product development etc.----------エンジニア、プロダクトチームや他部署と協力し、コンセプト設計から、プロダクトのデザイン戦略の策定までを行っていただきます。戦略に基づき、デザイナー視点でのプロダクトのソリューションの提案、意思決定への関与までお任せします。 【具体的な仕事の内容】 ・ペイペイという支払いアプリにおける、プロダクト体験のトータルなUI/UX設計（支払い体験の設計）・ユーザーのペルソナ設計や、ストーリボードを使ってのリサーチ業務・UIアーキテクチャーの定義、コンセプトダイヤグラムの設計や、ワイヤーフレーム設計、仮想デザイン設計・プロジェクト推進・その他、プロダクト開発におけるスプリントや、デザインワークショップの開催など、プロダクトデザインに関わる幅広い業務 Qualifications/求めるスキル/経験 ・A Degree or a Diploma in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.・Innovative storyteller with a passion for critical thinking.・Having a portfolio on Dribble or in the PDF format etc that shows off your products, deliverables and skills you have experienced professionally is great.・A designer who has an experience of application development.・3 - 5 years of hands-on professional UI/UX design experience in Android and iOS.・Good end-to-end understanding of the creative development process and storytelling skills.・Strong collaboration skills in creating content that meets all creative and technical requirements.・A team player, willing to support and inspire your peers. You are not afraid of sharing your opinions and you are comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.・Great communication skill and flexibility to change.・Excellent time management skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.------・関連分野の学位や卒業証書を有する、もしくはそれに相当する学習経験および実務経験を有する・クリティカルシンキングに対する情熱があり革新的なストーリーテラー・これまでご自身が業務で関わったプロダクト、成果物、スキルが分かるポートフォリオをWeb（Dribbleなど）、PDFファイル等でお持ちの方・アプリ開発経験のあるデザイナー・Android、iOSのUI/UXデザインの実務経験3-5年以上・クリエイティブ開発プロセスをエンドツーエンドでよく理解していて、ストーリーテリング（物語でアピールする）スキルがある・クリエイティブかつテクニカルな要件をすべて満たすコンテンツを創造する環境で、非常に高い協調性を持つ・チームプレーヤーであること。仲間をサポートしたり刺激を与えることができ、また、自分の考えを躊躇なく発信できる。複数分野のチームと協業することが得意・高いコミュニケーション力と変化に対する柔軟性をお持ちの方・タイムマネージメント力が高く、複数のプロジェクトを並行して進める能力がある Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎するスキル/経験 ・Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be considered an asset.・Acute attention to detail, take initiative and self-motivated.・Approachable and innovative personality.・Expert with design tools like Figma Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and AfterEffects or similar ar.・Intermediate level Japanese communication skills (reading/writing /listening and speaking).------・HTML、CSS、JavaScriptの実務上必要な知識は優遇されます・細部にわたる細心の注意ができ、イニシアティブをとり、自発的に取り組める・親しみやすく革新的な人柄・Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator、Sketch、AfterEffectsなど、開発デザインに必要なツールの実務経験・中程度の日本語コミュニケーションスキル（読み書き/聞く/話す） Hiring Process/選考の流れ 1.
