Product Manager Cloud Application Security (f/m/x)

To continue their business growth internationally and to deliver innovative solutions to meet the diversified needs of their customers, we are looking for a VP – Cloud Application Security (f/m/x). The role will be leading, developing and growing their expert team, reporting to the CTO and SVP product management. Your Tasks * Lead the application security solution as one of the key modules of the Software intelligence platform. * Grow and develop the solution along with the changing needs on the modern cloud software security in the international security awareness market. * Defined and create vision and strategy of product, business growth, go-to-market, user experience, architecture, program management to progress and deliver innovative and disruptive cloud application security product as SaaS service to the market. * Build a deep understanding of domain knowledge and act as evangelist in front of customers together with the field team as well as internal early adopters to increase security awareness at large scales. * Ensure proper prioritization on strategic items with strong focus on operating in 3–36-month window, able to leverage complete platform capabilities, and enable the business side to generate insights into key leading indicators. * Report on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis to various stakeholders across Executive Team, Board, Product Leads, Sales etc. * Develop and execute progressive hiring plan for complementary roles of team, actively driving the recruitment processes. * Assure fast adaptation, stickiness, and further development by working closely with post sales teams and provide constructive feedback to product management * Represent the company and product in Webinars, Shows, Conference s, Analyst Briefings etc. Your Profile * Master of Science in computer sciences or other technical studies, or comparable qualification * Minimum 10 years' experience in software/technology industry (SaaS), with 5+ in a leadership function (expert domain development lead, lead, architect, etc.), ideally with a cloud security background. * About 3+ years’ experience on an app-centric or cloud/container approach environment. * Experience in running SaaS-applications with end-to-end responsibility and used to work in larger scale organizations/projects of hundreds of people. * Strong technical affinity to enterprise software security and cloud technologies, preferably being firm with cloud technologies and related security needs, primarily at the application level as well as expertise in Application Performance Monitoring. * Ability to handle large multinational corporate clients and at the same time cultivate business growth within a start-up environment. * Open and inclusive leadership style, with a commitment to excellence and leading by example in an agile team- and hyper growth setup * Out of the box thinker with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset and fresh ideas for competitive strategies.
