KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop product strategy and define product roadmap, new features and user experience design based on an integrated understanding of customer’s behavior, business direction overall for all commercial domain which will support sales, customer service, NBD, dealer network, dealer mkting …team * Communicate product strategy and roadmap with E2E solution (including OEM and dealers’ side) to stakeholders and your product business team, getting input and buy-in. * Design the end-to-end customer experience for special OEM business and the interaction model at each step, including key design artifacts such as storyboards, user flows, and wireframes * Agile to manage the delivery of requirements, user-cases, prototypical user experiences, test plans, and business change management, by working as a IT digital partner and product manager. * Lead manage overall commercial product that supports vast business growth and demands in align with business digital strategy, contribute business target achievement and work closely with other specific domain product manager to make sure their product delivery is qualified. * Own the business case model for commercial product and drive critical decisions through intricate understanding of how they impact revenue, cost, and customer satisfaction, in a way that drives good trade-off decisions. * Partner with business team and provide valuable suggestions of digital solutions to continue to improve the direct sales business process as an internal consultant, as well as to influence and well manage the expectation of business leaders. ________________________________________ KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Essential * Extremely strong problem-solving skills going from the customer to the how the technology works; ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology dependencies. * Strong product strategic thinking, able to translate the company's strategic direction into a robust strategy for commercial product domain. And lead business thinking for their product strategy and make alignment features delivery qualified. * Ability to innovate with an understanding of how to take ideas forward through strong influence skills - build relationships and evangelize strategy & plan well (verbally and written) to stakeholders * Experience with agile product management methods and develops’ processes, rich experienced to manage mutil product delivery in agile way * Comfortable with ambiguity; self-starter and purpose driven; have a strong sense of curiosity; experience with dashboard and metrics. * Able to break down customer "jobs to be done" to product components, features and technologies that are flexible, built on re-usable, flexible microservices that are logical for the overall design of the technology stack. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence managers and executives. Can possess excellent business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, at different levels of the organization. * Able to work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity * Able to work under high pressure and willing to take challenge in work. * Exhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues * Fluent in Chinese and English (Written and Verbal) with Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action DESIRABLE * Above 10+ years of consumer Digital product management Experience, especially 5+ commercial digital product management experience in auto industry. * Ability to create product deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user cases and requirements specifications * Strong product management skills and management product team experience is plus * High energy, self-motivated and independent * Expertise in and experience with consumer-facing mobile apps is highly preferred * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tools preferred * Experience in business management, user experience design, and mutli system integration experience a plus * Auto background is highly preferred Who are we?
