Relentless pursuit of better
As a Product Manager, you will define and implement product strategy for Digital Banking to deliver strategic, customer and business outcomes. You will transpose the product strategy into tangible products and services that meet customers’ needs and support the overall Consumer Banking strategy. You will be accountable for the end-o-end customer experience and will work across multiple functions (including marketing, GTM, operations, compliance, legal, risk, fraud and finance) to ensure that the product meets customers’ needs; meets regulatory and policy requirements in each country’s market, and risks are monitored, managed, and documented.
For this important role you have 5-7 years in the financial industry, preferably in Digital Consumer Banking with experience in global payments and e-commerce. You have a good understanding of the business processes and knowledge of Digital Banking, operations, risk requirements and distribution channels. You are obsessed with customer experience and are passionate about excellence and continuous improvement. You demonstrate experience with mobile and web tools, in addition to working under lean and agile principles. You are an expert on digital banking propositions, market trends, the competition landscape.
