Product Manager, CX/SX

Job Summary DESCRIPTION The Marketplace business, one of Amazon’s most important growth engines, is looking for a talented product manager to design and implement creative solutions to improve Customer (CX) and Seller (SX) Experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product manager who excels at product management. The business coverage is broad, and you will: 1) identify and prioritize what matters most for the business, 2) quantify what is working (or not working) focusing on inputs/insights, and 3) own and drive product/program improvement and new product launches by influencing stakeholders and senior executives around the world.
