Product Manager Daily Banking (f/m/d)

As part of Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, the Raiffeisen Digital Bank offers digital-only cash loan products in Poland exclusively online, using a mobile application. We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and plan to roll the service out across multiple CEE countries. We would like to extend our offering to Daily Banking products and services, and, therefore, are looking for an open-minded and motivated candidate who supports our Retail Daily Banking team in Vienna as a: PRODUCT MANAGER – DAILY BANKING (F/M/D) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop our product range and customer experience in daily banking across all aspects of the account, card and payments lifecycle in an open bank environment * Develop value propositions for our products using the latest digital technologies * Be a key player for our end-to-end digital onboarding process for clients (KYC, etc.) * Be a key player regarding payment protocols and the implementation PSD2 standards * Operate market research to apply best practices and to ensure our competitiveness * Cooperate with stakeholders along the product value chain (Compliance, IT, etc.) YOUR QUALIFICATION * 5+ years’ experience in a banking, payment or fintech environment * Experience in business process analysis preferably in payments, accounts and cards * Experience in data flow analysis for customer journey creation in Daily Banking * Understanding of structures and workflows of open banking/mobile banking * English on a professional level is a prerequisite OUR OFFER * A modern, centrally located office in the 3rd district of Vienna with a view over Stadtpark canteen, home office, cell phone, laptop as well as job ticket and other benefits. * A position within a product-driven environment full of professionals that offers a lot of space to unfold your ideas and creativity * We guarantee payment according to your official national collective agreement („Kollektivvertrag“) of EUR 2.665,15.
