Hyland is looking for an experienced customer centric Product Manager to join our team! We're looking for candidates who have experience as a Product Manager of low-code solution development tools including application/form building, case management, workflow automation, and process orchestration tools. Candidates should thrive in an environment researching the direction of the market; communicating with and gathering requirements from partners and customers; managing the roadmap of a mature product platform to meet the evolving needs of customers in the market; and prioritizing work for releases to be executed upon by user experience, product owner, engineering, marketing, services, and support teams. What You Will Be Doing The Product Manager will drive the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Hyland’s OnBase low-code solution development toolset including the Unity Forms, Workflow and WorkView products. This includes managing the direction and market delivery of existing product capabilities along with identifying new products or feature enhancements aligned with relevant target market strategies. Your focus will be on developing and evaluating business cases for product investment decisions to further the existing platform with updates and targeted enhancements aimed at serving the needs of customers via a Hyland Cloud hosted delivery of the OnBase low-code solution development toolset. You will gather requirements from customers and cross-functional partners within Hyland. You will define and prioritize stories that allow us to build world-class solutions. You will work closely with analytics and engineering teams to deliver on program and sprint objectives and commitments. You will build assets that sell the vision, enable others, and build excitement. * Utilize industry data to quantify addressable market and product profitability; help prioritize and develop the platform product vision and roadmap. * Drive product innovation to establish and maintain the platform product roadmap and program-level features backlog; prioritize appropriate features against others to drive the most beneficial use of company resources to service the needs of the platform customers. * Work closely with our UX design and research teams to deeply understand personas across various segments to drive capabilities that can be leveraged by our vertical product organization. * Contribute to the product lifecycle management of platform capabilities and features; use data to ensure that the appropriate investment is being made on the capabilities that best serve customers. * Ensure all initiatives moving through the solution framework are ready for release and all departments are prepared for launch. Coordinate with stakeholder teams within all departments to complete launch readiness activities in accordance with the release cadence. * Operate as a trusted advisor to customers and advisory groups; develop and maintain strategic working relationships; drive the adoption of new products and capabilities. * Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy. What Will Make You Successful * Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in business administration, marketing, management information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or any combination of equivalent education, experience and/or training * 6+ years of experience in product management, preferred focus on content services applications or more generally enterprise software applications * Experience with managing product features of application security, network and storage encryption, configuration management, licensing/entitlements, authorization models, content storage, database modeling, and public API delivery in a content services platform * Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles and how they’re applied in workplace culture * Demonstrated experience working with product owners, architects, engineers, and scrum masters in the delivery of enterprise software products * Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing business demands effectively * Experience demonstrating interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in communicating progress on near term and mid-term plans to users and partners * In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business process and content services products * Demonstrated complex critical thinking and ability to creatively solve problems with measurable business impact * Experience addressing current and future customer needs through innovative solutions * Equally good at tactical/technical discussions at the 1000 feet level and strategy and priorities at the 50k feet level * Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with a variety of cross-functional roles with executive presence. * Good ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners * Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas * Proficient in system analysis, procedure analysis and problem resolution * Strong organizational skills, including demonstrated prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment * Executive-level leadership and business acumen skills capable of engaging with various leadership levels. * Passionate, competitive, and intellectually curious with a drive to learn and stay current professionally * Up to 25% travel time required Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $137,000 - $150,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits.
