It can starts as soon as you can! ⭐️ We need you ⭐️ Joining the Product team, reporting to the Head of Product, your mission is to take care of our Remote Monitoring Workflows product in order to enable Medical Teams to save time and take better care of their patients. ★ Identify what needs to be builto Build and nurture communication channels with users (Medical Teams, Patients and Scientists)o Collect and analyze user feedback and confront it with Market Access / Regulatory / Clinical requirementso Define and drive overall Product vision / strategy / metrics for your Product area, inspiring the team to build great products, aligned with company OKRo Build a Roadmap focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs, including AI and hardware ★ Build the producto Collaborate with the Tech team to. specify new features: user stories, wireframes or any other artifact that work for the team. prioritize and plan the backlog. ensure a high-quality implementation by testing and validating new featureso Support the Tech Lead with scrum stand-ups, sprint progress, velocity, retrospectives, and status reportso Collaborate with the Data Science team to. get relevant metrics and data. create impactful AI-based Medical Device modules ★ Get the Product outo Evangelize internally on the Product vision, strategy and releases. help Sales and Marketing to maintain and extend decks and other marketing material. help Customer Success to maintain and extend training and other user mateo Collaborate with the Regulatory / Clinical / Market Access teams to achieve the righ certifications (CE mark and FDA Clearance) and get through the necessary clinical trials At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.
