Responsibilities
The mission of Bytedance Ads Platform is to connect global advertisers and users, advertisers of any industry and experience level are able to get suitable marketing solutions, then easily create, manage and optimize ads. The Core Ads team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help lead efforts around Bytedance's advertiser targeting efforts and build data products. As a Product Manager for our Targeting, Data and Audience Solutions, you will lead a cross functional team of engineering, machine learning and product marketing teams to develop and deliver data-driven product solutions for our global advertisers. You will be the internal champion for your product area and will develop and articulate your vision for ad serving to internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Build targeting, DMP and CDP products that enable advertisers to connect with most relevant audiences- Empower high quality understanding of Bytedance App's audience, contents and interest graph- Shed light on audience and content attributes that are meaningful to marketing planning- Build privacy-first ad data solutions that support multiple cross-functional teams- Thrive in the digital ads ecosystem with meaningful vendors, partners and agencies- Continuously incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform ads product strategies and roadmaps

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics preferred- At least 3-5 years of commercial experience in a product management role, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization- Understanding of the digital ads ecosystem- Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and critical thinking- Able to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
